More publicity and incentive must be directed towards encouraging reduction of carbon foot prints at the municipal and private sector levels. These venues support that concept. I hope to hear of more of these community meetings popping up around the country.

Exactly this 2009 copenhagen summit didnot solve the issue but provoked a thouht among the people on drastic changes of climatic conditions.
